Sri Poorna Maha Meru Trust runs a free old age home and annadanam center at Pallavaram, Chennai.

The trust started in 1993, is a registered public charitable trust open irrespective of any religion, caste or creed provided they meet the basic admission criteria.


1.      “Sri Chandrashekara Kripa” free old age home for destitute elders.

Free accommodation, food, dresses, and even their last rites are done by the trust.

2. Sri Matha Nithya AnnadanamScheme(Feed the needy) :

*“Food for everyone” is our Mission Statement. Daily annadanam will be provided for around 120 needy people from 10am to 2pm.

 * Every Saturday our mobile food van will reach out the Homeless people on roads and serve them food and water.

* Mass feeding/annadanam on special occasions like Navaratri, Chitra Pournamiand alsoduring natural calamities.

3. Sri Narayana Guru Leprosy Mission:

*Monthly once we distribute free food/dresses to Chengalpet Paranur leprosy center.

* Distribute Grocery kits (for one month) to 10 cancer patients from economically uderprivileged

4. Dhanvantri Free Medical Center :

Caters the medical needs of inmatesand also provide basic medical assistance to the people in the neighbourhood.

5. Sri Abhinava Vidya Tirtha Educational Scholarship scheme:

*Educational assistance to the needy, including the children of Leprosy affected parents

* The Home also provides assistance to the children of the supportstaffs.

6. Santh Tukaram scheme for Promotion of Arts and Culture:

Our trust promotes the various arts and cultural activities, so that the tradition is preserved and passed on to the next generation.

7. Manavaseva when in crisis:

Our trust has been in forefront in supporting the needy during the natural calamities.
